Obsessed. I had seen so many influencers singing the praises of Sunday Riley's products, especially her C.E.O. Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric face oil, I decided to give it a try because who doesn't want to have a C.E.O. Glow? I imagined a radiant powerful woman. I started with just the one product because if age has taught me anything, its don't try five new products at once because if your skin freaks out, you have no idea who the culprit is. The oil is infused with advanced Vitamin C and golden turmeric, so it provides antioxidant defense and brightens the skin instantly. Plus, it smells amazing. I started by applying a few drops of C.E.O. Glow every morning to my freshly washed face and considering I am now on my fourth bottle, it delivers what is promised! Within a week, my husband kept telling me how glowing I looked -- honest to God, he said glowing. I loved telling him "oh, that's my C.E.O. Glow!"
After a month of religious use and my skin looking brighter and feeling just amazing, I added in the Luna Sleeping Night retinol oil. The exotic blue oil is balanced with blue tansy and German chamomile essential oils which are both rich in blue azulene, which is soothing and calms redness and neutralizes sensitivity. According to their website, Luna works throughout the night to deliver visibly youthful, luminous, even-toned skin in the morning. Trans-retinoic acid ester complex reduces the appearance of pores and wrinkles, while visibly improving the signs of premature aging: fine lines, uneven texture, age spots, dryness, and dullness.
My review is yes, yes, yes and yes! I can't keep my hands off of my face, it feels so good I want to smooth my hands over it constantly. I haven't been this excited about my skincare since I was in my 20's.
After successfully integrating in the Luna Sleeping oil, I have gone full out all things Sunday Riley. I purchased a sampler kit like this one, and was able to try the C.E.O. 15% Vitamin C Serum along with the C.E.O. Vitamin C Rich Hydration creme, which now make up my morning routine and for evening I use the Luna Sleeping oil, followed by Good Genes, which is an all-in-one lactic acid treatment that "deeply exfoliates the dull surface of the skin for clarity, radiance, and younger-looking skin." I finish it off with another application of the rich hydration creme and then with sweet dreams of beautiful skin.
It may seem like a lot of products, but everything works so well together and the ritual of applying them, along with the luxurious textures and scents, just make you feel good on the inside too. I noticed while researching for this post that in all of the product descriptions, radiance is always at the top of the promised results and I have found that to be true.
